Registration for the 2017 Ultimate Speed Division is now open. The Ultimate Speed race will take place during the 80th running of the FirstEnergy All-American Soap Box Derby, July 16-22, 2017, at the world famous Derby Downs Track in Akron, Ohio.
Registration requires the following:
1. Valid driver
2. Crew Chief
3. Team Members named
4. Registration fee paid
NOTE: If less than five teams are registered by December 31, 2016 there will not be an Ultimate Speed division in 2017. Registration fees will be refunded if less than five teams are registered by December 31.
Driver substitutions will be allowed.
If five or more teams enter by December 31 registration fees will NOT be returned to any team that does not pass inspection and race in the 2017 race.
