75th ANNIVERSARY ANNUAL NEW HAMPSHIRE SOAP BOX DERBY LOCAL CHAMPIONSHIP RACE - 2018

Track Setup: 8:00 AM Trial Heats Start: 8:30 AM

Races Start: 9:30 AM

We have a limited number of cars available from local derby families that are available for a new racer to use on loan for the race.

If your child is planning on racing in 2018 in our Local and you do not use the Constant Contact registration and pay site could you please at least email us with child's name, age as of 6/3/2018, expected racing division (Stock, Super Stock, or Masters) to newhampshire@soapboxderby.org. Payment (cash or check) can be made at registration at inspection.

Divisions: Stock (ages 7-13 yrs), Super Stock (ages 9-18 yrs.), Masters (ages 10-20 yrs)

Format: Double elimination race with lane/timer swap

Wheel swap: 2-4-2 progressive

Registration Fee: $125 / $100 additional family member

Setup: 2018 All-American Rules / Compliance Inspection / Wheel Swap, Z-Glass wheels for all divisions (driver supplied)

Location of Track: The tracks runs for approx 800 ft, starting at 150 Broadway near Oak St to the finish line in front of Strafford Tire & Battery

Local Race Accommodations: A room block of 10 for 6/1, 6/2 and 6/3 has been reserved at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 10 Hotel Drive, Dover, NH 03820, (603) 750-7507. Ask for "New Hampshire Soap Box Derby". The room rate is $139 per night.

A paper version of the AASBD form and waiver will also be necessary when checking in on race day, see "Register Now" below. This can be filled out in advance and email to newhampshire@soapboxderby.org. If the AASBD rally registration form and/or Parental Code of Conduct form are not sent to us in advance they will have to be filled out at registration at the track.
