On Friday, Dec. 9 you can bring your car into the building between 9am and 8pm.  On the side of the building where there is a  big pile of dirt is a man door.  You can enter there on Friday and open the garage door that is located next to the man door and drop your derby car off on Friday, if you would like.  Bringing your car Sat. morning is fine too.  

We could use help Friday night around 6pm and Sunday when the rally is over to set up  and tear down the starting ramps.  

This is an indoor rally.  Registration is 7 am till 8 am each morning.  Preregistration  is recommended and can be done by phone or texting Vickie Beck at 330-388-8200.  You can turn your forms in and pay the morning of the rally.

We will have a swap meet during the rally, if you have any derby parts you would like to sell you can set up an area on the upper ramp.  Please let Vickie know, if you are interested in the swap meet and would like to do this.  We are not charging for this. 

This is a rally for Toys for Tots.  Please bring a new unwrapped toy to donate to the Toys for Tots.  

They have concessions but you can bring in your own food and beverages, if you would like. 

HOTEL:  Holiday Inn Express 1215 Sanctuary View Dr., Kent, Ohio 44240 Phone 330-673-9200.  This is next to route 76 and route 43.  Close to the Fairgrounds.  A discount will be given for 2 Queen Beds/room for $119.00 plus tax per night.  Call them and tell them you are with the Soap Box Derby for this discount.  They have a pool also.
