Akron Memorial Weekend Rally and Test Runs at the All American Hill

Race Date(s): Saturday May 29 & Sunday May 30, 2021
Rain Date: Monday, May 31, 2021

Trial Runs :  There will be Timed Trial runs on Sat. May 29 starting at 8am.  Line will be cut off at 11am. We will only be doing 2 lanes for time trials.  This will be a time you will be given from the starting line to the finish line.  You can work on your car in between your time trials to better your time.  You must also have gone over the scale before noon on Saturday and be ready to race.   We will start Sat. race at noon or sooner if the line that is cut off at 11am is finished.  Sunday rally will have check in from 7 to 8 am.  Rally will start shortly after.

Divisions :  Limited numbers  Stock, Superstock, and Masters  32 in each division

Race Fee: $30 for each day.  $60 for both days for 1st sibling.  2nd and more siblings will be $25 each day or $50 for both days

Phone number for Vickie Beck is 330-388-8200 for registration.  Please mail in registration and check in advance.  This will cut down on the line on Sat. morning for covid reasons.  Send registration and check to Akron Area Soap Box Derby, c/o Vickie Beck, 305 Sagamore Ave., Akron, OH 44305.  You will still need to check in Sat. and Sun morning to get your car number and I know you are here.  

Concessions:  We will be having concessions.

Health Dept. rules will be followed.  Mask at all times (except when driver is coming down the hill), 6 feet distancing.
