The Soap Box Derby Racing Commission is looking for NEW members for the 2025-2026 racing season. Both the A-Team and Racing Commission are vital parts of Derby Nation. They not only ensure the integrity of racing in the Soap Box Derby community, but also help maintain the highest level of excellence for all races around the globe.
RESPONSIBILITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
- Rule books and plan modifications
- Wheel calibrations
- Design of kit parts and equipment
- Fielding and answering questions
- Design of various racing programs
- Learning the operations of the different aspects of Race Week
- Maintaining the integrity of the Racing Commission at all levels
- Helping to support the World’s Greatest Amateur Racing Program
