Bill Kuntz

As an Akron police officer in the Fifties, Bill Kuntz was assigned to work crowd control at the All-American Soap Box Derby. For more than 40 years, he has been making certain dignitaries, sponsor, celebrities and other visitors and where they need to be during Race Week. He began as a volunteer courtesy car driver in 1962 and since 1981, Bill Kuntz has been transportation chairman.
